LEMURIA - the Land of the Golden Light
Between 90 000 and 30 000 b.C. there was a continent surrounded by the Pacific Ocean. This land seems to have been dissolved in thin air. There is no archeological nor any other proof for its existence. Apparently there has been a land bridge between America and Asia on which the "lemurs" migrated from one place to the other. They were gnomes like apes whose final abode was Magagascar. In Roman Empire the "Lemurs" were the spirits of the dead. Beyond that there is no official recognition or proof.
Several authors started to write about Lemuria or Mu at the end of the 19th century. Amongst them there was a writer with the name Scott-Elliott, a Thesophist. Others were the psychic and soothsayer Madame Blavatsky and an expert of cultural history - James Churchward.
In modern history there was de Camp and David Hatcher Childress who wanted to find proof approaching "the truth" in different ways. Edgar Cayce, Rudolf Steiner, Vicky Wall and Solara and others mentioned Lemuria in their works.
The ones described Lemuria as a place of high spiritual culture, for others it was a land populated by one eyed giants and egg laying hermaphrodtes. Fact is that "Lemuria" - like a fairy tale - inspired people's imagination throughout centuries. In Faust II of Goethe the Lemurs were the ones, who contributed tor the salvation of Faust and also in Haeckels and Schlatters works you can find traces of Lemuria.
Whatever it is, proofen fact or fantasie - Lemuria seems to have its place in the human collective unconscious. There it is reality.
In mythology one can recognize connections to the legends of "the paradise", to the legendary tibetan land "Shambhala", to Plato's "Isle of the blissful" and other descriptions of paradise throughout history. A description of places, where everything was good and man was in unity with God.
My first encounter with Lemuria took place in a meditation. It was 1989 in a Lazaris' Seminar in California. Ever since I am on a discovery tour in a land, where people live how they are meant to live: In harmony with creation.
About my discoveries I have written three books: "LEMURIA-the Land of the Golden Light", "The Crystal Cities of LEMURIA" and "LEMURIA ASHAMAH The Aluah-Trance-Massage from LEMURIA". The books haven't found an English publisher yet.
Inspired by the profound and deep experiences of Lemuria I received in the teachings, meditations and music by Lazaris and the overwhelming rich knowledge and love I have found in Lemuria in numerous meditations and inner journeys I have written these three books. As far as I am aware of, these are the only books who provide a broader description about the spiritual "gestalt", the physicality and the wisdom of this culture.
Out of my deep felt gratitude towards the Lemurian spirit I have this big desire to share what I know and discover also on these Internet-Pages.
